Tuesday 24th November sees Robert Calderwood, Chief Executive for NHS Greater Galsgow and Clyde join us for the breakfast event.

I met with Robert recently to discuss with him the Managers Development Network and what he might talk with us about in November. As you can image our converstaion was wide ranging, those knowing of Robert’s background will know of his in depth knowledge and experience of both NHS Graeter Glasgow and Clyde and the Health Service in Scotland.

Robert has been a member of IHM all his career and is committed to the benefits to be gained by managers from the network. He has a strong desire to ensure that all managers in the system can access the best support and development and is an advocate of collaboration with both NES and IHM.

Robert is delighted to be joining the network for our session in November and will share his vision for the future, will share his experiences from his career in the NHS and the things that helped and influenced his career.

He will address some of our own personal challengs:-

Creating  Space  - How Do  We Go Forward?

How Do We Put Our Career Together?

What Do I Need – To Influence My Career Choice?

You are all invited to share your thoughts and put your questions to Robert in advance of the event. He will address them with you on the day. Leave a comment to let us know your questions or comments.
